A wrongful death settlement hear-ing is scheduled in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County for June 12, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. in the case of Teressia A. Ward, as Administratrix of the Estate of Nicole Lynn Ramsey, deceased v. Robert Wheeler, M.D., and Greenbrier Phy-sicians, Inc., Civil Action No. 16-C-111.
All relatives, those financially de-pendent upon or who claim equitable or any other entitlement to any settlement funds, including any distributees of the estates of Andrew Ramsey, Lula Ramsey and Phillip Ramsey, are invited to attend and protect their interests, if any.
