Notice is given that JM Industrial Services, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a Mining Bit Reclamation operation located at 232 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill in Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:

Longitude: -81.1443331
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: (Pollutants and associated amounts in tons per year).
Nitric Acid 2 Tons Per Year (TPY)
TSP 0.1 TPY
PM10 0.5 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of July, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
