Notice is hereby given that RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC, P O BOX 460, BRENTON, WV 24818 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 1 release on Permit Number U400295 issued for 5.16 acres.
The permit is located in SLAB FORK District of Wyoming County, 1 mile north (Direction) of ITMANN (Nearest PO) on unnamed tributary and Workman Branch (Primary Receiving Stream) of Still Run (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Upper Guyandotte River (Major Drainage Basin).
RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 06/01/2010 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $14,640.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 7/8/2022, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
