PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of June 6th 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-102-22-1: Request of Philip Lieberman owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 522 Summerlee Ave., Oak Hill.

U-103-22-1: Request of Joshua M. Feazell, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 101 Harper St., Oak Hill.

U-104-22-1: Request of Solid Rock Worship Center, By Greg Hurley, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.02.010 to operate a day care center at 115 White St., Oak Hill.

U-105-22-1: Request of Kevin D. Treadway, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 480 Rocklick Rd., Minden.

U-106-22-1: Request of Heidi Mathews, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.030 to operate a chair salon from the home at 145 Valley St., Oak Hill.

V-105-22-1: Request of Kimberley Nemati, owner, for a Variance to Section 15.38.020, Subsection 2, to permit a 6ft high fence to be located along the side yard in front of the house instead of 4 feet as permitted at 316 Center St., Oak Hill

U-108-22-1: Request of Jacob Evans, owner, by Braden Evens for a Use Permit as required by Section 15,38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 116 Butler Street, Oak Hill.
