NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of July, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, before the Hon. Darl Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 3rd floor, Beckley, W.Va., the Petitioners, Travis Mills and Chelsey Mills, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, W.Va., for the Adoption of B.L.W. by Petitioner Travis Mills. Any Answer to the Petition shall be served upon counsel for the Petitioners, Marie C. Bechtel, Esq., 109 2nd Avenue, Beckley, W.Va. 25801.
The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
