PETITION FOR FORFEITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein-described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act, (Chapter 60A, Article 7, of the West Virginia Code, as amended).
TO: ANY CLAIMANT OF A RIGHT OR INTEREST IN SAID PROPERTY
You have the right to file a claim to the herein-described property on or before June 25, 2022. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant.
1. The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows:
FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($45,421.00), UNITED STATES CURRENCY
THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($13,374.00), UNITED STATES CURRENCY
EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($8,047.00), UNITED STATES CURRENCY
SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS ($16,905.00), UNITED STATES CURRENCY

2. The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the Central Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
3. The seizure regarding the Forty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-One Dollars ($45,421.00), United States Currency, and the 2014 Toyota Scion, VIN
JTKJF5C76E3067239, took place on February 23, 2022, at or near Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. The subject Respondent Property was in the possession of Johnny Hendrick and Roxanne Hendick at the time of said seizure.
4. The seizure regarding the Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars ($13,374.00), United States Currency, and the 2013 Kia Soul, VIN KNDJT2A55D7635066, took place on February 23, 2022, at or near Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. The subject Respondent Property was in the possession of Johnny Hendrick and Roxanne Hendick at the time of said seizure.
5. The seizure regarding the Eight Thousand Forty-Seven Dollars ($8,047.00), United States Currency, took place on March 7, 2022, at or near Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. The subject Respondent Property was in the possession of Johnny Hendrick and Roxanne Hendick at the time of said seizure.
6. The seizure regarding the Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Five Dollars ($16,905.00), United States Currency, took place on March 25, 2022, at or near Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. The subject Respondent Property was in the possession of Ronald Hodge and Donna Hodge at the time of said seizure.
7. After the date for filing of said claims, an Order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property in the State shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an Order, upon proper hearing, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
