ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., praying that the Deed of Trust executed by the Shirley V. Willis and recorded in Trust Deed Book 844 at page 24 be reformed, by proper Order and decree to make the aforesaid Deed of Trust’s legal description conform to the description set forth in the Deeds which appear in Deed Book 583 at page 443 and Deed Book 625 at page 590 and other relief.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Keith S. Willis and Mark G. Willis are unknown, and that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that Keith S. Willis and Mark G. Willis do serve upon Stephen L. Thompson, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia, 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before July 2, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
