Nistendirk, 231 Capitol ST STE 400, Charleston, WV 25301, has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 3 release on Permit Number S301693 issued for 578.94 acres.
The permit is located in Clear Fork District of Raleigh Country, 3.2 miles southwest of Pax (nearest PO) on Lick Run and Unnamed Tributary of Clear Fork and Unnamed Tributaries of/and Buffalo Fork of Toney Fork of Clear Fork (Primary Receiving Stream) of Big Coal River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Major Drainage Basin).
Island Fork Construction, LTD. completed final reclamation on January 01, 2012 and is requesting release of 100% of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $227,600.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address until July 17, 2022, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
