CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER Fayette County 911 is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called Harewood 911 will be at 2979 Harewood Tram Road, Boomer WV (38-09-47.72N and 81-17-26.93W). The self-support tower will be 348 feet in height, including an 8-foot lightning rod.
