INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
SOLID WASTE AND GARBAGE REMOVAL
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley, WV, will accept proposals for solid waste and garbage removal for 209 Public Housing units, and 5 Maintenance buildings.
Interested parties should contact Beckley Housing Authority at (304) 256 – 1772 P.O. Box 1780, Beckley, WV 25802; or 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 to obtain specifications.
PROPOSAL INFORMATION
PROPOSAL #1 – Individual Pick Up
PROPOSAL #2 – Install Dumpsters
PROPOSAL #3 – Install Dumpsters/Individual Pick Up
— Proposals should be mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley at the above address or hand delivered to the street address.
— All proposals must be received by the Housing Authority before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in a sealed envelope marked “Garbage Removal”.
— No proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
— This contract can be renewed at the discretion of both parties to extend from year to year.
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
