PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of July 5th 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-107-22-1: Request of Jonathan Chheuy, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 222 Woods Ave., Oak Hill.
U-109-22-1: Request of Anthony Cappaert, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 313 2nd St., Oak Hill.
U-110-22-1: Request of Amy McDonald, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 455 East Main St., Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
