PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of July 5th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Change in Land Classification, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
LC-54-22-1: At the request of David Goff, owner by Angel Legg, for a change in Land Classification from B-2, General Business to B-R, Recreational Business District, on lots 4.45 acres, located at 178 Old Fayetteville Rd, Oak Hill.
Also take notice that a meeting will be held to sub-divide one parcel containing 8.71 acres into 3 lots located on the Mall Road between Access Health and Comfort Inn.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the July 11th, 2022, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
