It appearing to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Greenbrier, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandparents of Robert Wayne Yonts, Jr. and permit Zachrey Daniel Carr and Joyce Carmella Carr to adopt Castiel Xander Yonts and Velicity Grace Yonts; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandparents has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandparents shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, on or before the 4th day of August, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal right of said grandparents of Castiel Xander Yonts and Velicity Grace Yonts shall be terminated.
