NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of July, 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Roger & Lisha Busby for the purpose of a conditional use permit to allow for a second residence on property located at 2801 Flat Top Road, Ghent, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 42, Parcel 50.4, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 11th, 2022, will be considered.
