BOX 69, 622 PACKS BRANCH ROAD, PAX, WV 25904 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Mining and Reclamation (DMR) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, for an Article 3 permit for the surface disturbance of approximately 1237.14 acres in order to amend 124.39 acres in order to operate and reclaim a surface mine with highwall mining and augering in the Stockton, Coalburg, Upper Winifrede, Lower Winifrede, Chilton A, Chilton R, Chilton Rider, Firelay (Hernshaw), Cedar Grove, Peerless, 2-Gas, Powellton, Eagle A, Eagle, Little Eagle and splits there of within this geologic interval seam of coal.
