NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of July, 2022, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. at Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV, on the Application of the Town of Fayetteville to subdivide lots owned by it and bordered by High Street, Wiseman Avenue and Reynolds Street, and was is commonly known as the School Property, and being the former football field, the old stone High School, the former Elementary School, and the former Grade School and the old cemetery, for the purpose of conveying portions thereof for the development of a hotel and apartment complex. The subdivision map and other documents regarding the subdivision shall be available for public review at the Fayetteville Town Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, beginning today and until the Public Hearing. Comments regarding the subdivision may be made at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing prior to the Public Hearing.
