PAVING ADVERTISEMENT
for BIDS
The Town of Pineville, WV will accept sealed, itemized proposals until July 15, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. for the paving of between four (4) and six (6) streets. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. Bids must be mailed to: Town Manager/Paving Bid; PO Box 220; Pineville, WV 24874 or you may hand deliver your sealed bid to Town Hall. The Town of Pineville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities. Proof of one million dollar ($1,000,000) liability insurance is required at the time of bid. Tonnage of asphalt for each street is part of the bid and will be verified by weigh tickets. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be at 9:00 a.m. July 11, 2022 in the Pineville Town Hall at 296 Appalachian Highway; Pineville, WV. Bid opening and consideration of award will be at the Town Council meeting on July 18, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.
