RALEIGH COUNTY
COURTHOUSE MASONRY BIDS
The Raleigh County Commission (RCC) will accept sealed bids for exterior masonry work on the Raleigh County Courthouse located at 215 Main St., Beckley, WV. The work shall consist of removing and replacing stone caps on parapet walls, including flashing work.
Prospective bidders may obtain the bid package and view the project by appointment; call (304) 255-9146, ask for Detlef Ulfers. To be eligible for this work, bidders must be qualified to perform historic restorations (masonry).
Final addendum to the bid package shall be made available to all eligible bidders before July 12, 2022.
SEALED bids are to be received at the Raleigh County Commission, 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801, by 4:00 PM on July 18, 2022. Envelopes are to be marked “Courthouse Masonry”.
