PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Brian Paxton Alexander Hodge and Braley Keigan Hodge shall be held before the Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in the Courthouse Annex located at 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 3:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that should any party appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
