PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of August 1st 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-111-22-1: Request of John Owen Clark, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 449 Park St., Oak Hill.
U-112-22-1: Request of Krista Richmond, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 205 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill.

U-109-22-1: Request of Anthony Cappaert, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 313 2nd St., Oak Hill.
