The object of the above-styled lawsuit is the judicial winding up of Jamsonic LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company, and for the partition in kind of the Tyree Farm in Mercer County, West Virginia. As it appears by Affidavit, Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Respondents, Diane Lynn Tyree & James Bernard Tyree, without effect, it is hereby ORDERED that Diane Lynn Tyree & James Bernard Tyree respond to the petition whose address is 604 Peoples Building, 179 Summers Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301-2123, an answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Respondents may have, as well as appear to protect their interests, on or before Monday, October 31, 2022; otherwise, that judgment by default will be rendered against them at any time thereafter.
