ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Residential Shingle Roof Replacement. All bids are to be submitted via email by the closing date of July 25, 2022. Lowest qualified bidder will be selected. All bidders will receive an email of all proposed bids after closing. All bids will be opened immediately after the day of the bid closing. All bidders must RSVP to the General Contractor by email to obtain the bid form and specifications for bidding at the following email address: [email protected]. All bidders must be licensed with the state of West Virginia and carry appropriate insurance of 1,000,000 per occurrence, 2,000,000 aggregate. All bidders must carry Workers Compensation Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance with coverages, a copy of your West Virginia Contractor License, a copy of your West Virginia Business Registration Certificate, and our bid form must accompany your bid. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted on July 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Please email the General Contractor to RSVP and obtain directions to the site in Bolt, WV, at the email address above. This bid will be for the total tear off and replacement of the roof. We reserve the right to reject any, and all bids. Incomplete submissions will be immediately rejected.
