Notice is hereby given to Amy Skaggs that a final hearing was held in the above-styled civil action on July 15, 2022. In said hearing the Circuit Court made rulings as to the distribution of funds to interested parties. The Circuit Court found that Amy Skaggs Sizemore had abandoned Philip Dickerson and thereby did not award her any funds. Should Amy Skaggs object to this ruling she must file said objection with the Circuit Court within 14 days of this publication otherwise said ruling shall be made final.
