The Mercer County Solid Waste Authority (MCSWA) is accepting bids for the above-listed project at its landfill facility located in Princeton, West Virginia.
The project will have the following major components:
Excavation and Structural Fill for Subgrade Preparation;
Underdrain construction, if necessary;
Subbase;
Soil Liner;
Geosynthetic Clay Liner;
Geocomposite Detection
Layer;
60 Mil Textured HDPE Geomembrane;
12oz/sy Non-Woven
Geotextile;
Protective Cover;
Anchor Trench and Tie-in
Exposure;
Revegetation;
Drainage Ditches; and
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mercer County Sanitary Landfill in Princeton, WV. It is mandatory that all prospective bidders attend the pre-bid meeting.
Bids are due by Noon on Monday, August 29, 2022. Bids must be marked “Sealed Bid” and must be submitted to Mr. Eli Testerman at the following address:
