INVITATION TO BID
The City of Princeton Code Enforcement Department is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of 55 structures within the City under Princeton’s 2022 Demolition Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Demolition Project Bids” on the outside and delivered to the Director of the Code Enforcement Department, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV 24740. Bids will be accepted until, and opened at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022, at the aforementioned location.

The City of Princeton and the Code Enforcement Department reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bidding process and accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Princeton and the Code Enforcement Department.
