Goodwin, The Estate of Virginia Simons, The Estate of Andrew Simons, The Estate of Lois Kelly Meadows, The Estate of Raymond Meadows, The Estate of Ruth Kelly, The Estate of Ruth Kelly’s Husband (name unknown), The Estate of Robert Kelly, The Estate of Esther Kelly, The Estate of Paul Kelly, The Estate of David Kelly, The Estate of Mildred Hamric and The Estate of Donald Kelly. Plaintiffs, by verified Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Gavin G. Ward, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 228 N. Fayette Street, P.O. Box 5086, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before August 29, 2022; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them.
