Interested parties MUST obtain a Bid Packet, these will be available in the Bluefield Code Enforcement Department located at 200 Rogers St Bluefield WV 24701 starting Friday 8/12/2022 and available online at www.cityofbluefield.com. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday August 26th at 3:00 p.m. at Bluefield City Hall. Bids will be accepted until the date of Wednesday August 31, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Bid openings will take place in the Bluefield Municipal Building at 2:15 P.M. on this same date. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked demolition bid and delivered to Alex Ellison Code Official with the City of Bluefield, 200 Rogers Street Bluefield WV 24701.The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award.
