Notice is hereby given that on April 1, 2022, the Petition for Adult Adoption with Name Change by Petitioner Joseph Michaud was filed with the above-identified court, requesting the order authorizing Adoptee CALEB DANIEL BRIGGS to change his name to SERGIY JOSEPH MICHAUD.
The Court has fixed September 6, 2022 at 11:00am before the Honorable Anthony T. Verwey in Courtroom No. 19 of the Chester County Justice Center, West Chester, Pennsylvania, as the time and place for hearing on said Petition, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any, why the prayer of relief of the said Petition should not be granted.
