NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of September, 2022 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Juan & Michelle Maldonado for the purpose of a Beauty Salon The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Commercial. The property is located at 5983 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Mt. Hope WV, Town District District, Tax Map 8006, Parcel 23.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
