Notice is hereby given that an Adoption and termination proceeding have been scheduled in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia. You have been named as the mother of two infant male children.
Notice is further given that a Petition for Adoption has been filed requesting that your parental rights to the aforesaid two infant children be terminated, and a hearing has been scheduled for the purpose of terminating your parental rights and an adoption proceeding as aforesaid is scheduled, in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, on the 7th day of September, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, at 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, W.Va. 24901.
For a copy of the Adoption Petition requesting the termination of your parental rights and for further information, please contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, or the undersigned Counsel.
You are hereby notified that if you fail to appear or respond, you may nor later appear or receive any further notice of the termination proceeding or the adoption proceeding.
