ORDER FILING PETITION AND SETTING HEARING
This day came the Petitioners, Alan and Erica McMullin, by their counsel, Todd A. Kirby, Esq., of Kirby & Ashley, L.C., and presented to the Court their petition, duly verified, praying for the adoption of Laycee Grace Roberts. And the Court, after inspecting the said petition, does ORDER that the same be filed with the Clerk of said Court and that a hearing thereon be held on the 30th day of September, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., for the purpose of examining under oath the parties in interest, and such other witnesses as may be deemed necessary.
