RE: CHANGES TO PRECINCTS ORDER
THIS 2nd day of August, 2022, the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, sitting in a regular session to consider the precinct changes as preciously set forth in the Notice as esablished at the hearing on the 21st day of June, 2022. Thereafter, the Clerk had published said proposed precinct changes, pursuant to W.Va. Code §3-1-7, as a Class II-O legal advertisement in The Register Herald on June 24, 2022 and July 1, 2022.
No member of the public has appeared today to protest or comment with regard thereto. Therefore, the County Commission has voted to make the following changes:
