Sophia Police Department – Roofing
Sealed bids for Roofing Installation at Sophia PD at 211 Mills Avenue, Sophia will be received by the Town of Sophia, 100 Railroad Ave, Sophia, West Virginia, 25921 on Thursday, Sept 29th, 2022, by 3:00 pm EST. Bids will be opened and approved at the following Council meeting.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposals must be received on or before date and time stated.
Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions and all WV building Codes All bidder’s and bidder’s subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractors Licensing Act.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be September 15th, 2022, at 10:00am.

Project Description: Removal of existing asphalt roofing and underlayment to examine/re attach roof decking. Install new metal roofing (Ribbed 29 gauge 36″ screw down) and trims. Install New soffit and seamless gutter w/downspouts.
All Bidders MUST visit job site/sites to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information prior to submitting a bid.
