YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing on the Petition to Approve the Sale and Distribution of Proceeds from Church Property has been scheduled to be heard before the Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge for the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, on the 22nd day of September, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the Court will hear said matter, at which time you may appear and defend if you so desire.
You are also further advised that in the event the scheduled hearing cannot be held or is not heard at the indicated time and date for any reason, then the hearing may be held upon any later date set by the Court without further written notice to you of its scheduling.
