NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th day of October, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, before the Hon. Andrew Dimlich, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, the Petitioner, Faith M. Shrout, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for the entry of an Order changing the Petitioner’s name from Faith M. Shrout to Kit Samson Shrout. Any interested party may appear and be heard.
The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
