The object of the entitled action is for the Court’s declaration of the rights of the parties to escrow account proceeds, as outlined within the Complaint filed herein, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant, Bonnie C. Mills, is an out-of-state Defendant, residing in North Carolina.
