Notice is hereby given that LEXINGTON COAL COMPANY, LLC, 1025 MAIN STREET, MILTON, WV 25541 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 1 and 2 release on Permit Number O301907, issued for 9.9 acres.
The permit is located in Valley District of Fayette County, 0.5 miles northeast of Alloy, WV (nearest PO) on Unnamed Tributary of/and Jarrett Branch of upper Kanawha River.
Lexington Coal Company, LLC completed final reclamation on N/A and is requesting release of 25 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $10,000.00.
