NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE
TAKE NOTICE that the Trustees of the BECKLEY CONFERENCE OF THE FREEWILL BAPTIST, a religious organization, on or after the second publication of this Notice of Conveyance as a Class II legal notice in compliance with West Virginia Code ยง35-1-10 in the Fayette Tribune, the publication area being the County in which the hereinafter described real estate is located, shall grant and convey unto MacGregor Holdings, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company, for the consideration of $155,000.00, the following real estate which is more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Tract No. 1:
LOT NO. 138, as shown and designated in that certain plan of lots entitled “Map No. 1, Showing The New River Company’s Summerlee Subdivision, Fayette County, West Virginia,” which map is dated December 2, 1953, and a copy of which is of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Map Book 13, at Page 51, and containing 0.88 of an acre, more or less.
Being the same real estate conveyed unto the Trustees of the Summerlee Freewill Baptist Church by Charles Wesley Alley, single, Deed dated October 27, 1995 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 526 at page 659.
Tract No. 2: BEGINNING at an iron pin found at the southwestern corner of the Augustus and Alma McVey (DB 435/326), said iron pin and corner being located on the northern edge of a 40 foot street; thence following said proposed 40 foot street S 71-56 W 33.90 feet to an iron pin (placed); thence N 08-40 W 62.75 feet to a roof bolt found; thence S 39-01 E 66.29 feet to the place of BEGINNING; and containing 1,051.193 square feet, or 0.024 acres, more or less, and more particularly described and set forth upon a map entitled “MAP SHOWING PROPERTY TO BE CONVEYED TO AUGSTUS AND ALMA MCVEY BY NORTH HILL GROUP, INC., SUMMERLEE PLATEAU DISTRICT FAYETTE COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 50′ JUNE, 1985” the same being of record in the Fayette County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 426 at Page 330.
Being the same real estate conveyed unto the Trustees of the Summerlee Baptist Church by deed of North Hills Group, Inc, dated February 2, 2000, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 565, at Page 683.
