NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 1st of November 2022 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley. Beckley Galleria, LLC, owner, CENTEC Engineering, PLLC, agent, is requesting Site Plan approval to construct a 2,325 sq. ft. restaurant in a B-2, General Commercial Business District for property located at 1080 N. Eisenhower Drive, in front of Kohl’s. (Tax Map 74, Parcel 8.4).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and pace indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
