The object of the above-entitled action is a family law matter whereby Petitioner is filing a Petition for Divorce from Respondent.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that it is unknown the whereabouts of said Respondent, William Richard Jewell, that Petitioner has performed due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Respondent, William Richard Jewell, but has been unable to determine the location of said Respondent; therefore, it is
Ordered that Respondent do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before November 18, 2022 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located in Beckley, West Virginia.
