It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that unknown father of JACOB DAVIS, parent/s whose whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ordered to serve an answer to JOSHUA ABREN.
Also, take futher notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for DECEMBER 6, 2022 @ 9:00 AM in Circuit Court, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia before JUDGE ANDREW DIMLICH at which time and place, any interested party may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the changes.
