Conducts Public Hearings on the 2023-2024 School Calendar
On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, and Tuesday, December 13, 2022, the Raleigh County Board of Education will conduct mandatory public hearings to afford parents, school district employees, community members and other interested parties within the county an opportunity to provide input into the development of the 2023-2024 Raleigh County Schools’ calendar.
Both hearings will be held at the Raleigh County Board of Education Office in Munson Hall at 105 Adair Street, Beckley, WV. Both hearings will begin at 4:30 PM. In the interest of time and efficiency, oral statements will be limited in duration to a period not to exceed five minutes and may be supplemented with written comments submitted no later than 12:00 PM on December 14, 2022. Comments may be emailed to [email protected] or delivered to the superintendent’s office located at 105 Adair Street, Beckley, WV.
