Fee Accountant
Raleigh County Housing will receive sealed bids for Fee Accountant Services until 02:00PM on Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at the Administrative Office located at 2959 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday December 9th, 2022 at 02:00PM at 2959 Robert C. Byrd. Although encouraged, attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not required. All bid envelopes must be sealed and contain the wording “FEE ACCOUNTANT SERVICE” – Bid Opening December 29th, 2022.” Contract specifications may be obtained by visiting the Administrative Office located at the above-stated address or by contacting Roy Woodard at (304) 348-6451 ext: 313. A contract will be issued to the lowest, responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the specifications. Raleigh County Housing Authoruty reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Withdrawal of bids prior and subsequent to the bid opening shall be permitted only in accordance with the Procurement Policy, Section III. C. 4a & 4b.
