REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority (GCSWA) seeks proposals for the repair of the Greenbrier County Recycling Center located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, WV.
The facility has experienced differential foundation settling, resulting in fractures to masonry and separation of the exterior walls from the roof with subsequent water-related damage.
The GCSWA seeks proposals for the following tasks:
1. Stabilization of the foundation by means of helical piles or other methods proposed by the contractor (other methods subject to approval by GCSWA).
2. Stabilization and repointing of damaged masonry.
3. Repair of damaged roof and roof structural members.
A geotechnical study of the site and conditions has been conducted and will be made available along with general facility drawings by request.

All interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest via e-mail to Bob Bennett at [email protected] by Dec 8, 2022. Completed proposals, along with proof of qualification, are requested by Dec. 22, 2022.
