AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Keyrock Environment LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification to permit R13-3554 for a mine gas flaring facility located on an access road near S. Hill St, Mabscott, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.773425, -81.212424
The applicant estimates the potential to raise the discharge of the Regulated Air Pollutants from current permit by: NOx-27.66 ton/year, CO-3.58 ton/year,and PM – .44 ton/year. The modification of operation is planned to begin on or about the 17th day of December, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
