ORDER FILING PETITION AND SETTING HEARING
On the 10th day of October, 2022, Petitioner, Leroy Darl Johnson, by counsel, Phillip H. Pham of Legal Aid of West Virginia, presented and asked leave to file with the Court his Petition for Change of Name and the Court having inspected said Petition, does hereby ORDER the same filed herein.
It is further ORDERED that the Petitioner shall cause to be published a notice of the time and place as hereinafter set forth that such application will be made, which notice shall be published at least ten (10) days before the hearing as a Class I legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of West Virginia Code ยง59-3-1 et seq., and the publication area for such publication shall be Raleigh County, Wet Virginia.
It is further ORDERED that a hearing shall be had upon the Petitioner’s Petition for Change of Name to be held on the 4th day of January, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard without any further need for additional notice or publication, before the Honorable Darl W. Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Courtroom #3 located on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Center located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
It is further ORDERED the Petitioner shall provide the Court, proof of the publication of the said notice, at the time of hearing.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court send a certified copy of this Order to the Petitioner’s attorney, Phillip Pham, at 110 S. 3rd St., Clarksburg, WV 26301.
