The bid packet will be released pending asbestos results.

Interested parties are encouraged to obtain a Bid Packet, these will be available in the Bluefield Code Enforcement Department located at 200 Rogers St Bluefield WV 24701. Bids will be accepted until the date of Thursday December 22nd, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Bid openings will take place in the Bluefield Municipal Building at 2:15 P.M. on this same date. The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals.
