Also, take further notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for JANUARY 9, 2023 @ 11:00 AM in FAMILY Court, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia before JUDGE SUZANNE MCGRAW at which time and place, any interested party may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the changes.
