BEFORE THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley will conduct a public hearing Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. at Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha St. on An Ordinance Granting Renewed Nonexclusive Franchise To Cebridge Acquisition, LLC Doing Business As Optimum To Construct, Operate And maintain A Cable Television System In The City Of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia at which time any interest party may attend by Web-X.
The Common Council chambers will not be open to the public for attendance in person.
The public may join the meeting from their computer or phone using the weblink or phone number provided on the City’s webpage or Facebook page the day of the Public Hearing.
A copy of the Ordinance and Franchise Agreement is available for review at Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, Wet Virginia.
