The permit is located in CENTER District of Wyoming County, 1 miles North (Direction) of NEW RICHMOND (Nearest PO) on Sugar Run (Primary Receiving Stream) of Upper Guyandotte River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Upper Guyandotte River (Major Drainage Basin).
